The Good Shepherd Breaks Their Legs

I had no idea that the average Catholic didn't know the story behind the pictures of Jesus carrying the lamb on His shoulders. My friend Robyn thought it was Jesus' way of carrying us when we couldn't make it up the hill, or over the river by ourselves. I stared at her. I thought for a minute about NOT explaining the Good Shepherd's role in the discipline of His sheep, but then said to myself I would be doing her a grave disservice not to explain it.

So, here you go - this is for all those sweet and wonderful Catholics like Robyn who made it to Mass but skipped out on Sunday School, leave it to the Baptists to fill you in on a few unmentioned facts.  For centuries shepherds have been herding sheep. Face it, no one likes to carry a load of weight around their shoulders for too long, and so it may seem that the Good Shepherd is picking up a little lamb and hoisting it over His shoulders to help it make it over to the greener pasture, perhaps the little baa-baa is just tired or fatigued and simply needs that extra gentle touch....not the way it works.

I pick Faith up sometimes and carry her 27 pound body around, but not for long. A shepherd's role in the life of his sheep is not only to guard them, prod them, and get them onto the right path and in the right direction. Occasionally there is a need for discipline as well. When an animal that is suppose to be doing what it is suppose to be doing is told over and over again, shown, lovingly shown, forcibly shown, and it still refuses to do what it is suppose to do, the shepherd has two choices: he can either kill the little guy or break its leg to render it unable to continue disobeying him.

Now, almost IMMEDIATELY after the leg is broken the sheep gets the message that the shepherd (or in Jesus' case capital S with Shepherd) is serious about the direction or the commandment given. It doesn't take too long for the waywardness to subside and the dependency upon the Shepherd to take place. Then, and only then, does the Good Shepherd pick up the broken lamb and place it over His shoulders to carry it for a matter of a long time and an enduring lesson, which over a course of weeks, and usually close intimate conversation and discussion from His mouth to the lamb's ears, will the lamb be strong enough to walk on its own again. Breaking the animal's leg is better than the alternative. Guess how many actual shepherds take the time to do that?

They feast on mutton rather than make the effort when they have too many other obedient sheep walking correctly. No...no thank you...I don't want to be that little fluffy sheep on Jesus' shoulders. I'm content to being one of the first sheep in line - keeping pace, doing exactly what I'm suppose to be doing. Every once in a while I may glance back to be sure I'm not missing the signal, after all I know how GOOD the Good Shepherd is! Walk with Him long enough and He knows that I know that He knows I'm going to do what I'm told.

When I pray I pray with rocks in my hand and one thing I try to do often is remember to praise my Jesus. The same Bible that shares the stories of many shepherds also tells me that the rocks will call out His name if I forget. I don't ever want to hear my rocks talking! I don't mind if they praise WITH me, but I don't ever want them to praise without me. I guess what I'm saying is - - if you have been guided, told, shown, and commanded to do something by Jesus; do yourself a favor and keep your legs healthy...arms too I guess, get in line! He's never going to tell you to do something you aren't suppose to be doing, just maybe something you weren't planning on doing. I know that feeling. Been there still doing it. No, no, I'm not complaining....just doing it, and looking back to be sure I'm still with the pack! Baaaa-baaaa-baaaa

Ground Control to Major Tom - - Or Anyone Else That Will Listen To Me

"HOUSTON - We have a problem!"

I think it's more like "Mr. President, I paid DAMN good money for that tank and I want my baby boy inside of it!"

The United States Army has decided that my son should be on the ground - boots to the dirt, carrying a gun and guarding things, sneaking up on things, and generally being a foot soldier. Well, that works find and dandy for a movie; but I sort of liked the idea of my son sitting inside of his safer-than-on-the-ground tank, and having tunnel vision. (Actually the tunnel vision thing is pretty funny because we tell Reuben all the time that he's inside the proverbial box most of the time, and he's not looking at the bigger picture.) The tunnel vision was what I signed up for in the first place. Not the ground thing. Sorry Mr. President, I understand that you need what you need, but really - - can't we train the moms to do this? Think about it! If the war was fought on both sides by moms and grandmothers it would SOOOO be over by now. We'd sit for tea. We'd discuss the issues and say we're sorry. We'd invite them over for brunch, and ask the other side to politely leave our kids alone, and we'd politely leave their kids alone.

I used to think my son was easily described by comparing him to a six-month old St. Bernard puppy. Giant in some ways, gangly in others, easily tripped up by his size 12 feet and often flopping down in the middle of a board game to say hello to everyone. Now, after the United States Army has kept him locked up in their barracks for a couple of years - - he's become more like a middle aged Great Dane. Where is my son's baby fat? He doesn't even slobber anymore! I'm telling you - - these military people have done the impossible: They have an actual photo of my son without a smile on his face...I thought it may be CGI! MY SON REUBEN...no smile? Please! Forgetaboutit, but it's true.

The fact that Baby Boy will be walking around in a country that hasn't been completely safe lately is scary enough - add guns to the mix, hostile opinions, orders, and a lack of MRE (Meals Ready to Eat) and you're looking at a situation I'd rather not think about. He calls me now to tell me he's back home again - - "home" being a relative term at this point. I told him to call me every time he goes out on a dangerous mission, to update me in the middle of it, and to call when he's back "home" again. He laughed. I asked him to go up to his commanding officer, I don't care what the rank, and look him or her squarely in the eyes (Wait - - it has to be a man, a woman wouldn't send men this cute into battle) and tell him that his mother refuses to let him partake in anything dangerous. He laughed. I told him to take 3 tampons with him incase he got shot - - he can shove them up into the wound at least. He asked why only 3. My answer: "Son, if you get shot 4 times I'm thinking you can't concentrate on finding the tampons." He laughed.

At least I have my sense of humor - - and he knows his mommy loves him. BUT, and I mean this - - get you ass back inside that damn tank boy!

Yes, as a Matter of Fact - - I DO Get My Way

I spend a great deal of time explaining to people why (exactly) that I get nearly everything I want in life. They just don't understand why I'm so happy and yet, I'm not really rich in terms of having a bunch of money. My normal response to anyone asking me why I don't meditate and ask God for money is this "I'm OK without it, you should see how great I am working and living on nothing!"

My desires are MY desires. Money, because it is necessary, is something I pray about, I ask for the daily bread and there are times when I ask for a bit of a bigger piece of that loaf. I'm not really money driven. I'm more of the joy-filled type, you know us, we're the ones smiling when the world seems to be crashing down around us. I remember being in the hospital after a complication presented itself during a very routine gall bladder surgery - - the nurses were in stitches too. I kept them that way. It was my healing! When I say, and almost boast, that I get what I want I MEAN IT. I have taken the word of God very seriously at times and when He makes a promise about MY HEART'S DESIRE (not yours) I listen.

I can count at least 5 verses that are dedicated to that one thing - - my answered prayer. It just makes sense to me that either God is or He is NOT real. He either IS or He is NOT making promises, and if He is, then He's either telling the truth...or all of it could be called into question. SO, with that in mind - - I choose to believe in His honesty, in His faithfulness, and His abilities to do whatever He promises me He'll do...and get this: I just have to ask. I don't have to beg. I don't have to keep asking either. I just need to be real and sincere - - OH, and then believe it. I have to believe that the gift, the desire will be delivered.

So yeah, as a matter of FACT I do get what I want! During my meditations I have been known to completely zone out while listening to earth drums, flutes, maybe a few ethnic chants just pouring my mind into a very very spiritual place. I pray with rocks in my hand and that just cracks some people us when they see me rocking out...hahahaa...prayer humor...sorry. I hold rocks for a reason. I don't worship them, no way, I use them to worship.

See, the same Bible that promised me the desires of my true soul and heart also tells me that if, if, if, I forget to praise Jesus that the rocks themselves will do it for me! I believe that too. I don't ever want those rocks talking because I didn't praise God - - don't get me wrong, they can feel free to join in with me while praising God, but to forget to thank Him, forgetaboutit! Ain't happening!

What do I want?  God's will of course - - and in the right time, that too will be mine. I'll have to put the rocks down to hold him if God finds me a good one, but he won't mind. Some things just take a little more time that's all. Make NO mistake - - I do get what I want! (Thank you Jesus!)

GROW Baby, Grow!

KING Leonidas. I finally learned how to spell my own dog's name. Actually, to be honest with you, King belongs to Caity, as does Rupert. Rupert is a 10 month old long haired full blooded Dachshund and weighs just under 15 pounds. He's solid, rather squirmy, and quite the jealous one when it comes to being loved on first. With King in the picture there are many bursts and interruptions created by Rupert when he sees that he is not the one being held and hugged on. King continues to tolerate it at this point, but in just over a week of having him he's already surpassed Rupert in height - he still only weighs about 11-12 pounds, but give that a week longer. He eats enough. It's bound to happen. St. Bernard/Mastiff/Huskies aren't known for remaining small - - we're looking forward to it really. We need a big dog to go walking with in the evenings.

I was reading online this afternoon where St. Bernards don't really make good guard dogs. They make good watch dogs. They bark - and that deep roaring bark can ward off the would be playmate and/or thief; however, they are more suitable for rescuing and dragging one around in the snow. Mastiffs on the other hand are fantastic guard dogs and were indeed bred to be so in the early part of the 16th Century. Huskies drag sleds around in the snow. I think our King will have a bit of a good time outdoors but I won't count on him to stop the criminals - - but then again, if they come close enough to steal something he may decide to play with them, trapping them under his massive soon-to-be body and licking them to the point of exhaustion. It could happen.

Rupert on the other hand will bite the leg of anyone coming near the house. Perhaps he can teach King a thing or two about protecting, and King can do the dirty work of holding the fort down with his looks and steely blue eyes. It won't be long before I'm reporting that King is bigger than Matrix, then bigger than Faith, then bigger than Caity, and hopefully since he's going to be 150 pounds he'll even be bigger than me! C'MON King...you can do it! I'll do what I can to dwindle down to 130 so he won't have as far to go. I'm thinking by Christmas he'll be the largest mammal in the house for two weeks and then the boy comes home from Iraq! YES!

Joe and Jane Fiber

The average (Joe and/or Jane) American gets about 10 grams of fiber a day and they need to be eating (or ingesting) upward of 25 grams per day in order to keep their average (Joe and/or Jane) bowels working properly. This is the information I am receiving from several internet medical sites as well as confirming it with my own doctor.

At first I thought eating that much fiber would be hard but now I find myself eating over 25 grams of fiber in one meal at times. Let me show you how easy it is to really get the fiber you need if you're serious about being healthy that is. A slice of double fiber multi-grain bread has 5 grams of fiber, so if you eat a sandwich using two slices you're almost half way there. I made myself a peanut butter and raw honey sandwich today and added flax seed meal to the peanut butter. Flax seed meal has 3 grams of fiber for 1 tablespoon. Mixing it with the peanut butter makes sense taste wise and it's easy to do. Raw honey has no dietary fiber but the liquid fiber I poured into my water does. It's tasteless and odorless -- OK, it's expensive too, but you don't have to buy soft drinks anymore now do you? Couple that with what I save on buying meat since I don't eat it anymore, and there you go - - I'm fibered up and hopefully losing the fat that took me YEARS to accumulate.

Just because I can, I eat a couple of dried plums (prunes) and that adds another 2 fibers. So, let's add it up. 10 for the bread, 6 for the peanut butter, 3 for the flax seal meal, and 4 for the liquid fiber. That's 23, oh, and the prunes makes it 25! WOW....what a meal. Easy to make, easy to clean up, if you just fold over a napkin rather than using a plate you're even able to get away with not washing dishes - - except the knife I guess. You should wash the knife. I forgot to tell you I was drinking bottled water with either green tea or some sort of joint supplement in it - - I'm telling you - - this being healthy isn't the easiest thing, but it's the best thing. My daughter is laying sick on the couch behind me and I think out loud to her that she missed a few fiber days and she missed a lot of vitamin taking days. I don't know the last time I saw her walk a mile - - now, if I could only make my face look like hers, my hips rolls like hers, and my jeans fit like hers and I would be set! (She can keep the flu thing. I don't want it.)

This morning I was juicing a couple of apples, a cup of cranberries and a cup of grapes for breakfast when the thought hit me; there's not much time left before spring is here and then summer - - I have this stupid weight to manage and get under control and here she is eating like a horse, hardly ever exercising, and she doesn't drink nearly the amount of water she should - - Youth is wasted on the YOUNG! I would SO MUCH more appreciate it than she does. Oh well, I played in the sun a little too much in the 80's. I remember. (Thank you Mr. Kodak, and Mr. Eastman)

King Leon!

Welcome the world of Jude Stringfellow.

I was just sitting at my desk the other day, minding my own business; because that is what I do. I mind my own business you know. I was typing, reading, answering phones calls, just being the producer that I am here at Timber Creek Productions in Gainesville, Texas, when my Executive Producer Buck Stienke informed me that he wanted me to attend the Board of Directors meeting for the local animal shelter called Noah's Ark. Buck is on the Board, and he wanted to show me what it was all about - - seems he had a plan. I was of course part of that plan. Buck wants me on the Board - and I can only imagine it would be because I'm such a great producer!

Can you see me laughing? I'm a marketer. I market. I find money for people. I do wish I could spin my wheels and find money for myself from time to time, but I'm so darn busy finding money for everyone else you see. It was decided that I would go to the meeting and after I fell in love with the idea I would be introduced to the group as their new Marketing Director. I think we're holding off until next month to make it official.

The Noah's Ark Animal Center had a birthday celebration on Friday the 13th at the shelter, and of course Faith was invited. Not only was Faith invited, but I was invited and my daughter Caity was invited, and that's the big mistake I made...I brought my daughter Caity to an animal shelter where there are dogs to be adopted. I brought my daughter Caity to an animal shelter where there are dogs to be adopted and I will be named the Marketing Director soon. I brought my daughter Caity to an animal shelter where dogs are being adopted, where I will be on the Board soon, and everyone there knew I couldn't possibly say no to them asking me to adopt a dog or a cat! Given my options I was stuck!

Naturally Caity decided on the largest dog in the facility...correction, in the state of Texas.

Caity picked up this 11 pound dog whose eyes are as blue as the sky. His body screams of being a very very large breed, his face and markings are identical to those of Beethoven the St. Bernard, and the intake papers only confirm my thoughts of him being a mega-mutt...yes, we will have the biggest dog in the county soon. At 8 weeks he is currently 11 pounds and already rather floppy and bumbly, he's incredibly observant and has a mind of his own when it comes to sharing anything that hits the floor that resembles food. Poor Rupert will be stepped on.

We'll be taking our new monster, I mean puppy, who Caity has aptly named for King Leonidas from the movie "300" - - to therapy school, obedience training school, and to PetSmart every single week in order to train him to be polite and courteous. He'll be trained under very strict guidelines soon so that he will become a military therapy dog - - and we'll have him helping injured soldiers to stand up from a sitting position, or to sit from a standing position. Something tells me that plan will be a ways off - - if he starts that practice now the poor soldiers will be on their faces with a big furry dog licking them to death, trying to get to the dinner before they can. We've got plans for this blue eyed beauty!

So, maybe being on the Board wasn't such a bad idea - - I get to do what I do, I can force Caity to volunteer (when I say "force" I'm caught laughing, as if I could stop her. She's out there already - - rolling around in puppies) at the shelter. I can have my pick of all the dogs I want - - please stop me God, please, please, please!

I know when I get to Heaven there will be a big back yard just outside my house. I have no doubt that every unadoptable dog will be waiting for me too. I tell you, God just won't let up! (Thank you, Jesus)

I Love My Job!

You know, sometimes you get up and you get dressed and go to work and nothing cool happens. You just work, or drink your coffee hoping that someone comes into the office to make the day jump. Actually, with my new job I'm the one jumping. I get up earlier and earlier, and I find myself not even putting my makeup on. I just want to get out the door and go to work! I love this place. I love my new job. Not only am I working for and with two of the greatest guys - - they're filmmakers. We're making the movie "FAITH" or "Sgt. Faith" and we're in the middle of the prep work now. We'll start the production in a couple more months.

Denton Blane Everett is our leading man for this film. He's standing in our office in the top shot holding the award given to him by the Trail Dance Film Festival this year for "BEST ACTOR"! The film was another film that my guys made. Timber Creek Production,LLC is the name of our production company. They finished "Rockabilly Baby" before I came into town and took over the Consulting Producer role. Denton played the lead in this film as well, and his character literally POPS on stage. You'll see his fire, you'll feel his compassion in "Rockabilly Baby", then you get to see and feel him in "FAITH" as a wounded American solider. Faith, my dog Faith, plays the leading female role - - as herself of course. Denton's character was created with several men in mind. He's already working out to get his upper body in shape to play the role - - it's hard to roll yourself, lift yourself, and to be without legs for too long. (Think Lt. Dan, then drop that thought and think Monte Miller! Denton has other issues and he is NOT Lt. Dan Taylor.)

As I'm writing this blog Ken and Buck are meeting with a military expert and going over language, terms, situations, scenarios, and weapons we'll be using in the movie. Neither Denton nor I have been in the military, we're learning this from scratch! I can't tell you how much more I appreciate our military when you stop and consider the mental aspect of it as well as the physical requirements and drains. Denton's going to need those extra pounds Ken and I are talking him into...just to provide the muscle to haul the dog around and push himself up the ramps. (I'm bringing my video, I have a feeling there are going to be a few really really good bloopers for the Special Features DVD!) LOL

Check out Denton Blane Everett on www.imdb.com and the trailer with him playing the role of Baby Boy Watkins in "Rockabilly Baby" at www.rockabillybabymovie.com

He's a hottie. I don't mind saying it - - I could look at him all day...can't wait til I get to. Oh, and then there's Todd Farr too! Yes, it is true, I love my job. I love my job, I love my job!!!

It's Been a While

OK....we have been working on the movie "FAITH" and getting the script just right. The men working on the script are my Executive Producer Buck Stienke and my Director Ken Farmer (Seen with Denton and the statue for Best Actor) I can't tell you how great they are. You'll have to see it for yourself when you pick up your ticket next year and see the movie in theatres all around the world. This movie has already been talked about, written about, discussed and even in some cases lied about - - (You know who you are, Eric!) LOL So that must mean we're doing our job huh?

Ken and Buck celebrated this past week with a GIANT boost as their first film "Rockabilly Baby" starring Denton Blane Everett, Todd Farr, and Brandi Price, took Audience Choice at the Trail Dance Film Festival. Denton took home the coveted Best Actor..there were 84 films at the festival!

Of course you know by now that Tanker will be playing the part of Faith in the movie. He'll have to be a little puppy without arms, so it's really a good thing that Tanker is actually a little puppy that was born without his front arms! We're adopting his little fuzzy mutt body soon - - and I can't wait. He's fat, fluffy, rolling around, scooting, and crying like the baby that he is. I'm sure he'll fit right in. I Googled him the other day and the thought occurred to me that not every one is able to Google their own dog. They should be able to. Here's what you do; you sign up on Blogger.com and you write out stories about your beloved mutt - - then in a few days you start Googling and there you go -- your dog is on the internet. If your dog is like any of my dogs they'll be picked up by another blogger, talked about, photos will be shared and instantly you're the mom or the dad of an internet celebrity! Just like that!

Faith and Matrix are quite used to it. Rupert has a little bit of an edge still - - can't figure out what all the fuss is about. Little Tanker won't know that this isn't the norm. He'll have cameras and people buzzing around him all of his life. I'm planning on taking him to work with me every day - - since I'm a producer for film company it stands to reason that he'll become quite used to the noise, the buzz, the people, the lights, the action, and all the glory of moving sets around for hours waiting for that one 30 second shot - - and of course the hot actors! Oh yes, we wouldn't do this job without the hotties!! Enter Todd Farr and Denton Blane Everett and Jodie Moore! You know, Brandi Price is cute too, but she's a girl -- all girl. She's about nine feet tall too, so she scares me! Not really. I'm kidding...stop Brandi, I'm kidding..AAAAHHHHHH!

Well, here you go - - my first blog in a week or more. I'm not making excuses I've been working on the script, driving back and forth from my former home in Oklahoma to my new home in Gainesville, Texas where the shirts I wear will still be as crimson as they ever were...Boomer Sooner. You can't cross into Texas without feeling the change of air, the generosity of the people, and the immediate knowledge that as a Sooner fan you're outnumbered...nevertheless, if you only drink bottled water that hasn't been opened you won't be sucked into the Longhorn Fan Club. All is well!

OUch!

Believe me, if you called me last night or today to give me heck about the game I would be the first person to shake your hand to agree with you. JUST LIKE last year when West Virginia beat us and I passed a guy on the boardwalk on Venice Beach wearing a West Virginia hoodie - - I bought him coffee. We didn't suck last night, it wasn't that we were playing all that badly, we just didn't seem to have the heat that we have had all season long. We weren't out there losing the game on purpose - - well, except for a couple of plays that looked a bit sketchy, and I'm sure Stoops will point those out this afternoon if he hasn't already to the team.

We could go on and on about the refs, the line-judges, the fact that they didn't call holding penalties on Florida or that they didn't give the Gators penalties for moving the damn ball at the line, which they did. You don't have 11 players pointing and screaming without something going on - - but it wasn't called. We could go on and on about the first touch down which was very clearly NOT a touch down, but a butt-down on the ground, and could talk about the clipping call that wasn't called that resulted in the bobble of the ball when we were going into the end zone.

Rather than going over the game with microscopes - - let's hope the BCS realizes that you don't play a game in Florida if one of the teams is from that state. It's clearly a conflict of interest and in this case it was a loss of a National title possibly. Tebow was great, he was there, he showed up, I think he was more motivated than Sam, but it could have been because he wanted it more. I don't know. It was the 3rd time Florida has won, and OU has won 7 National titles. Maybe we went in that game thinking it was our game. Well, if that's the case, we got chomped!

It's a bit obvious to everyone when the cameras are focused 90/10 on the Florida fans, and cheerleaders, or taking sideline questions from Florida fans and/or ex-players that the media may have been a bit skewed...it shouldn't be, and it wouldn't have been in say Arizona, California, Hawaii. Tickets should have been offered to the Oklahoma fans like they were to the Florida fans - - and yes, the refs should be from separate conferences. A holding call is a holding call rather it's from Oklahoma or Florida -- not calling it is wrong, and although we're rather used to it by now when we play in Florida, it still bites that they feel they have to cheat to win... I think Tebow and his crew could have done it without the refs, but we'll never know will we?

I will say this: Bob...I love you, but you should have challenged more. I'll keep you around another few years because you're the man, you're the best, and the Sooners absolutely thrive under your coaching....BUT...who in the HELL was letting #8 over that line last night? He was Sooner material, call the boy and see if he's wanting to jump ship and eat a little beef next season!

Congratulations to the Florida Gators, to Mr. & Mrs. Tebow for raising such a great kid, and to Tim - - for your courage to wear the black pads under your eyes encouraging all of us to read John 3:16. Damn the torpedoes and praise God! Next year Sooners.

My Other Son Matt (Spc. Clark)

I don't say enough about my other son....Matthew Douglas Clark. I have to talk about Matty, he's getting MARRIED in a month!!

Some of you may say that I don't talk about Matt as much as I do Reuben because, well, let's face it, I'm not his real mom. I adopted Matt last year when he and Reuben met in Alaska; nevertheless he is my baby too.

Matt and Reuben are out there in the sand and wind finding better and more better ways to protect you and me from the world and what-would-be bad guys of the world. I can say this without reservations even after looking at his most recent photos, that I trust my life in Matt's hands....as long as someones watching Matt to make sure he's still standing. From what I hear he and Reuben trade off falling down laughing when they're together, so maybe I'd actually feel more comfortable putting my life in someone else's hands when those two are together. Just maybe.

Mr. Matt is getting married in a few weeks so you can see from the photos that he's been practicing what he is thinking about doing as soon as he gets back home and find that pretty bride, but what he doesn't realize is that I've posted these pictures and I've kidnapped pretty Brit so that he'll have to a least work on his form before I let her go running into his muscled up arms. WAIT....if he's here and getting married in a few weeks; whose going to be protecting ME? MY GOD, that leaves only Reuben! Do we think that's such a good idea?

Matt Clark has been achieving great and fantastic goals since he left his home in Iowa to become one of the two best looking, best acting, best performing, and best dressed soldiers in the United States Army. He's managed to survive the Arctic cold, the heat in Iraq, the spit flying from yet another First Sergeant's mouth as he/she cries out another ridiculous order before dawn has a chance to dust off its feet to stand guard over the day! He's learned to dance, he's learned to squat to pick up the soap, he's learned to load the right end of a rocket launcher, and he's lived through a few...shall we say...tests.

OK...true colors. Matt likes to show them off now and then, and from the looks of it so do his best buds and compadres...those colors would be red, white, blue, and a bit of dingy green mixed with dusty brown. That's why we love you Matt...that's why we love you....that and you helped Reuben wipe his butt when he hurt his hand last year, wow, that was going beyond the call Spc. Clark, you ARE a true friend.

Congrats on the marriage thing - - hope that soldier you're "doing" doesn't get all jealous and stuff when you come back.
