About Me

My photo
jstringfellow
Hello, I'm an American author with Scottish blood running through my veins. According to the DNA test there's a large amount of English blood in them as well-- we don't talk about that. I'm a mother, a sister, a daughter, a friend, and yes...I'm a gramma!! I love my four grandkids and hold them as often as I can. I travel, and when I do leave the states I mostly go to Scotland. I prefer the outskirts of Edinburgh to the city itself only because I really can't deal with tourists...and I am one! I have always enjoyed my experiences in Scotland and feel very close to it's history and its people. This is ultimately the reason many of my books take place or include the great country.
